Renee joined the BDS team in 2019 and promptly started a book group of her own which has been running ever since. Renee works part-time managing BDS social media, communications, events and marketing. You may encounter her particular brand of wit while reading a BDS newsletter, or find her espousing the benefits of book group at an expo or speaking engagement.
Being part of her book group has reignited a passion for reading widely, but she’s particularly partial to non-fiction that encourages her to view the world in a different way. Some particular favourites are Humankind, Educated and Born a Crime.
